Delete your account and data
You can delete your EASmart account and associated data in either of these ways:
From the app
- Open the EASmart app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (in the menu or bottom navigation).
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm with your password when asked.
After you confirm, your account and data will be deleted from our systems.
Can’t use the app?
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can request account and data deletion by email:
Include the email or phone number used for your account so we can process your request.
