These Terms of Use are made between EASmart and the user, and govern the use of the EASmart application by the user.

2. Service Description

EASmart is an application that allows users to control smart shutter cards. Users can open and close their shutters through the application.

3. Terms of Use

  • Users agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
  • EASmart is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the use of the application.
  • Users accept the risks that may arise from misuse, unauthorized access, or security breaches of the application.
  • All transactions made through the application are the responsibility of the user.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

  • EASmart does not guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Damages arising from the opening of shutters due to cyber-attacks or technological malfunctions are the responsibility of the user, and EASmart does not accept any liability in this regard.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the application and its content belong to EASmart or the relevant license providers. Users may not act in a manner that infringes these rights.

6. Changes and Updates

EASmart reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be shared with users through the application and will take effect.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
